3 Beach Walk, Broadstairs

Tenancies

Commence at 2pm on the day of arrival and end at 11am on the day of departure. Cars will not be allowed to remain on the drive after you have vacated the house.

Animals

We regret that we cannot accommodate dogs, cats or any other type of pets with the exception of assistance dogs, this must be agreed in advance.

Breakages

All breakages should be replaced

Leaving

Please ensure that when you leave that all the water and heating controls are in the off position. The house should be locked from the outside and all keys put in the key safe outside.

PLEASE LEAVE THE HOUSE CLEAN AND TIDY FOR THE NEXT OCCUPANTS

Should you have to cancel your holiday for any reason please telephone as soon as possible
